These terms govern your access to and use of AgentPing, the AI agent observability service operated by AgentPing. By creating an account or sending data to the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
You are responsible for your account, the API keys and tokens issued under it, and the activity that happens through them. Keep your credentials secret, and tell us promptly if you believe one has been exposed. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Use the service for its purpose. Do not:
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the cadence you choose, monthly or annual. Plan limits, retention windows and feature gates are listed on the pricing page and form part of these terms. Founding-cohort pricing, where offered, is honoured for the life of the account on that plan.
We will give notice before a price change affects you. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial periods.
Your data stays yours. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, process and display your run records and content back to you, and, when you switch evaluations on, to send the relevant content for scoring. How we handle data, where it lives and who processes it is set out in the privacy policy and the security page. You can export everything at any time, on every plan.
We work to keep AgentPing available and the SDK designed never to block or crash your code, even when our service is down. The service is provided as is, without a contractual uptime guarantee unless your plan states one in writing.
AgentPing is a monitoring tool, not the system of record for your business. To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk, with notice where we reasonably can. On termination you can export your data, after which it is deleted on the schedule described in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. When a change is material, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use AgentPing after that means you accept the updated terms.
