Privacy policy.

Agent Ping provides AI agent observability: cost attribution, live monitoring and quality scoring for production AI agents. For the data you send us about your agents, you are the controller and we are the processor. For your account and billing details, we are the controller.

• Account data. Your name, email, team details and authentication data.
• Billing data. Plan, subscription status and the payment metadata Stripe returns. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
• Telemetry you send. Run records (timing, status, cost, scores), the step-by-step detail of each run, and the content your agents report through the SDK or API.
• Product usage. Basic analytics about how the dashboard is used, so we can improve it. No third-party ad tech.

To run the service you asked for: ingest and store your telemetry, show it back to you, alert you, score runs when you enable that, take payment, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not train models on it.

When evaluations are switched on for a team, the relevant run content is sent to Anthropic's API to be scored against your goal. Anthropic does not train on data submitted through its API. Evaluations are an explicit per-team switch and start off for teams you create later. Leave them off and no run content leaves Agent Ping for scoring.

You can connect Agent Ping to an AI assistant or editor such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or VS Code through our MCP server. The assistant asks for your approval on our consent screen and gets a token limited to the permissions you granted. Each request it makes is recorded in your Activity log with the app, the tool and the change. Whatever a tool returns, for example a list of failed runs or an evaluation, goes to the assistant you connected and is then handled under that provider's privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive your conversations, only the tool calls. Revoke an assistant at any time from Settings, Connected apps.

Agent Ping runs on DigitalOcean in London, United Kingdom, which holds an EU adequacy decision. Data is encrypted in transit, with credentials and channel secrets encrypted at the application layer. The security page has the full detail.

The third parties that process data on our behalf:

• DigitalOcean: hosting, compute and the database (London, UK).
• Laravel Forge: server management and deployment.
• TypeSafe (Jev): evaluation screening, only when enabled for a team.
• Anthropic: evaluation scoring, only when enabled for a team.
• Stripe: payment processing for paid plans.
• OneSignal: web push notifications, if you opt in.
• Our transactional email provider: alert and account emails.

Step-by-step detail and run history each have their own retention window, set by your plan and listed on the pricing page. Durable rollups keep your long-run cost and quality trends even after the detail ages out. When you delete data or close your account, copies in backups age out on the backup schedule rather than living forever.

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. You can export everything from the product at any time, on every plan. For anything else, email us and we will act on the request within the time the law allows.
