14 days, no card up front, full access to the tier you pick. Intent, not commitment.

What you get

Every feature on the chosen plan for 14 days:

  • Spend, Pulse, and Verify on.
  • LLM-as-judge on Team and Business trials.
  • Drift detection, weekly reports, PagerDuty / Teams / Linear on Team and Business trials.
  • Full event and agent caps for the tier.
  • Same retention window as paid.

Enterprise is contract-led; no self-serve Enterprise trial.

Day 14

A banner reminds you from day 10. On day 14:

  1. Card added. Account converts cleanly. Billing starts day 15. Pick monthly or annual billing; annual saves 20%.
  2. No card. Read-only state for 7 days. Browse runs, scores, dashboards. Export. New ingest is rejected with a polite error.
  3. After 7 read-only days. Suspended, queued for deletion. Data retained 30 days against the chance you change your mind, then deleted per the retention rules in Runs and events.

The read-only window exists so you don't lose access to your own data while deciding.

Cards

Not required to start. Required to convert. Adding the card is part of the convert flow on the billing page.

AgentPing uses Stripe. First charge at conversion, prorated against the calendar month.

Cancellation

Cancel any time in the trial and you're never charged. The account stays accessible for the rest of the 14 days, then drops into the same read-only and deletion sequence.

Re-enrolling

A given email plus payment method can only trial once. Anti-abuse, not punitive. If your first trial expired without conversion:

  • Sign up with a fresh email and payment method, trial again.
  • Contact support and convert the original account directly to paid (no second trial, no card to start).

The second path is faster and keeps your historical data in place.

Ingest during trial

Trial accounts have the same quotas as paid accounts on the same tier. See Rate limits and Quotas for the numbers. Soft caps, hard caps, and 429s behave identically.

Data retention during trial

Follows the chosen tier, same as paid. Trial Starter keeps 90 days; trial Team 180; trial Business 365. If the trial expires, retention continues to honour the tier window through the 7-day read-only period.

No-strings policy

No card, no auto-conversion, no surprise charges. If the product isn't earning its place by day 14, walk away.
