The promises behind the table
- We never bill you for usage. There is no metered pricing and no overage charges, on any plan.
- If you go over your included events, nothing breaks. Your data keeps flowing, we'll let you know, and if it keeps happening we'll talk about the right plan together.
- Health checks are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Evaluations are limited by plan and can be topped up.
- Unlimited seats on every plan. Invite your whole team, on Free too. We don't charge per person.
- Unlimited teams on every plan. Separate staging from production, or one team per client; everything counts toward your account's included events, evaluations, and agents.
The two retention numbers
Retention is two honest numbers, not one vague one. Step-by-step detail is how long you can open the full trace of a run. Run history is how long every run's record survives: outcome, evaluation result, duration, cost, and all charts and trends. Details on the data retention page.
Founding members
Founding-cohort accounts keep their original price if it is lower than list, and carry double the evaluation allowance of their plan, for life.
