Request metadata
Runs, heartbeats, and pings can carry structured metadata (flat key/value pairs) on Team and above. Team keeps up to 3 keys per request, Business up to 10; Enterprise is custom. Starter requests have metadata dropped. Keys are limited to 20 characters and values to 50 characters. Limits are enforced silently: a request is never rejected for sending too much metadata. Keys past your tier's cap (in the order sent), keys longer than 20 characters, and values longer than 50 characters are each dropped, and whatever remains is stored. Trial
14-day trial with full access to the plan you pick at signup. No card required. Full LLM-as-judge on Team and Business trials. At end of trial: add a card to continue, or the account moves to read-only at the tier's retention window. See Trial.

Upgrading and downgrading
Upgrades take effect immediately; Stripe prorates. New allowance, retention, and features apply from click.
Downgrades take effect at end of cycle. Historical data is accessible at the new tier's retention from activation; events older than that prune on the next partition drop.
Enterprise
Anything beyond Business: SOC2, custom regions, custom allowances, self-hosted or VPC, custom contracts, custom invoicing. Email on the pricing page.
