## Notes
- Event definition: every run, log line, LLM call, tool call, check result, and
  score counts as one event. Most teams see 5-15 events per agent run; the Team
  tier (1M events/month) typically supports 60,000-100,000 runs depending on
  event density.
- Overage: a soft cap at 100% of the monthly allowance downsamples telemetry
  rather than dropping it; a hard cap at 150% pauses ingestion until the next
  cycle or an upgrade. AgentPing emails at 80% of allowance.
- Retention: how long event-level data stays queryable. Aggregate rollups
  (daily cost per agent, monthly counts) are kept indefinitely after events age out.
- Seats: unlimited teammates on every tier. AgentPing charges for processing
  (agents and events), not for dashboard viewers.
- Tier changes: immediate, prorated on the next invoice. Downgrades do not
  retroactively delete data; new retention applies going forward.
- Data export: full event export to JSON or Parquet; API access on every tier.
