# Free plan

Free is how you evaluate Agent Ping. No card, no time limit, no feature
clock running out.

## What Free includes

- Full ingestion for 2 agents and 100k events a month.
- Health checks on every run: automatic, unlimited.
- Dashboards, run traces (7 days of step-by-step detail, 30 days of run
history), and email alerts on agent health.
- Unlimited seats and unlimited teams, like every plan.

## What paid plans add

Evaluations (the AI review of whether each run achieved its goal), more
agents and included events, longer retention, and more alert channels.
The [plans page](/docs/billing/tiers) has the numbers.

## Upgrading

Upgrades are self-serve from the billing page and take effect
immediately; billing starts at checkout. Downgrades take effect at the
end of the current cycle. Your data is never touched by a plan change,
in either direction.
