Four plans. Every limit is a published number, and nothing is metered:

## The promises behind the table

- **We never bill you for usage.** There is no metered pricing and no
  overage charges, on any plan.
- **If you go over your included events, nothing breaks.** Your data
  keeps flowing, we'll let you know, and if it keeps happening we'll
  talk about the right plan together.
- **Health checks are unlimited on every plan, including Free.**
  Evaluations are limited by plan and can be [topped up](/docs/billing/top-ups).
- **Unlimited seats on every plan.** Invite your whole team, on Free
  too. We don't charge per person.
- **Unlimited teams on every plan.** Separate staging from production,
  or one team per client; everything counts toward your account's
  included events, evaluations, and agents.

## The two retention numbers

Retention is two honest numbers, not one vague one. Step-by-step detail
is how long you can open the full trace of a run. Run history is how
long every run's record survives: outcome, evaluation result, duration,
cost, and all charts and trends. Details on the

## Founding members

Founding-cohort accounts keep their original price if it is lower than
list, and carry double the evaluation allowance of their plan, for life.
